(LĐXH)- On December 13, 2019, under the authorization of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Deputy Minister Le Van Thanh presented the Campaign Medal for Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) to Dr. Axel Neubert, Head of the Office Representative of Hanns Seidel Institute of Germany in Vietnam.
Deputy Minister Le Van Thanh presented the Campaign Medal and congratulated Dr. Axel NeubertDr. Axel Neubert has been working in Vietnam since January 2003 as an international consultant at the German Bank for Reconstruction.
From May 2011 to present, he is the Head of the Office Representative of Hanns Seidel Institute of Germany in Vietnam.
During his 17 years working in Vietnam, Dr. Axel Neubert has made numerous contributions to the German Government\'s technical assistance programs to assist Vietnamese ministries/sectors and partners, such as the Office of the National Assemble, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, MoLISA...
Especially since 2011, through a technical assistance project for the Institude of Labor Sciences and Social Affairs (under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs), Mr. Axel Neubert has directly participated and chaired 26 domestic and regional conferences and seminars with the participation of hundreds of experts.
At the event, Deputy Minister Le Van Thanh affirmed: "During 17 years of working in Vietnam, Mr. Axel Neubert has made effort to contribute the effective labor-social cooperation between Germany and Vietnam".
According to the Deputy Minister, through the technical assistance project for the Institute of Labor Science and Social Affairs, Mr. Axel Neubert was directly involved in the implementation of many social policies and important policy recommendations of the MoLISA.
Sharing his feelings, Mr. Axel Neubert said: “This is the most touching moment for me, not only my personal honor but also the recognition of the cooperation between the parties. During my working time in Vietnam, I found the Vietnamese people very open, friendly and hospitable. In the coming time, no matter what position, I will always accompany with you in the implementation of social security goals"./.
